Speaking

We recently had the pleasure of Vanessa attending our Financial Services Communication session here at Navigant where she delivered her ‘Power of Profile’ talk. The feedback from this session was overwhelmingly positive and the talk was extremely insightful and thought provoking. Vanessa is one of the City’s best networkers and always goes out of her way to make real value added connections. In all of my dealings with Vanessa I am constantly inspired by her unwavering passion and commitment. –

Vanessa brought a lot of energy to her presentation, the content of which was delivered in an engaging and entertaining style. She offered insights into her own career journey and how she got to where she is now – this personal touch made it easy to connect with her. I came away with plenty of practical tips and lots of ideas for building my own professional network.

Vanessa spoke at the Networked Women event I organised at Intellect and did a fantastic job of bringing together the success criteria for networks. She’s brilliantly well connected and drew on her network for a great piece of fast research to inform her talk, making it relevant and engaging for us all. She’s most definitely on my list of who to invite to speak next time!

Vanessa spoke at our end of term celebratory event for our cross organisational peer to peer development programme, Coaching Squared. This particular programme was for middle to senior level women managers. Vanessa was truly inspiring with her talk on raising ones profile. She is a breath of fresh air in the corporate world. Dynamic, inspiring, thought provoking, successful and very very human. I cannot recommend Vanessa enough for her generosity of spirit and her enthusiasm for genuinely helping people to succeed as themselves.

Vanessa was Guest Speaker at The City Speakers Lunch on 22nd September – her topic was “IT’S ALL ABOUT THE PROFILE – How To Work that Public Image”. Comments from the audience were glowing: “Vanessa gave an excellent keynote speech. She delivered a number of points clearly and managed to sustain 100% audience attention throughout”, “Very clear, measured and interesting content”, “Very lively & interesting”, “Inspiring messages, lovely style of presenting.”

Vanessa was the speaker at the Hoxton Apprentice Professional Women’s Network lunch. She was almost universally regarded as being excellent on feedback forms (which are anonymous). She held the audience in the palm of her hand being knowledgeable, accessible and amusing. I would like to her return to talk on a different subject because I am sure she will have the same effect on her audience.
